NO LEVEL-UP GIFT BOX

I read this on the patch note :

# 02. Jogress for the Busy Tamers!
- Jogress Mercenary DigiEgg will appear from the Tamer Level-up Gift Box during the event.
- Period: After maintenance of 5th September 2017 ~ before maintenance of 19th September 2017

[Jogress Mercenary DigiEgg is in the Tamer Level-up Gift Box!]
- You can obtain Jogress Random Reinforced DigiEgg from the level-up gift box during the event term.
- Jogress Random Reinforced DigiEgg is an additional reward included in the following gift boxes:

* Tamer Lv. 31 Gift Box
* Tamer Lv. 51 Gift Box
* Tamer Lv. 71 Gift Box

※ All event reward items are character bound.
※ The Jogress Mercenary DigiEgg will no more be available from level-up gift boxes after the event.

I reached level 71, but get nothing. I checked my gift & reward storage, found nothing. Checked my cash warehouse, found nothing. Any clue, guys?

bruuuh it says you can obtain it from ''level-up gift box'' the one you have everytime you lv up box <...<

if you havnt a box, you will never get the jorgess digiegg..you wrote it..please read the text again. Im an old player, i nerver get the level up box, only new player get the box

yes, i know. we obtain it from "level-up gift box", the one we get everytime we leveled up. i just leveled up to level 71 during the event, yet i get no box. that's why i asking this. why no box for me?

1. the egg is in the box
2. the box is for the tamer who leveled up
3. i am just leveled up to level 71
4. but no box. so no egg.
6. SO WHY NO BOX FOR ME? <<< my question

and some people say that box is only for new tamer. where can i find the statemets "that level up box is for new tamer"?

This box came with a tutorial update a loooooong time ago, you get a level up gift box lv1 when completing last quest of tutorial. when you open the lv1 box you obtain lv2 then lv3 lv4 etcc when you open lv31,51,71 you obtain thoose random Jogress Eggs, soo in order to get lv31 for example you need to open the lv30 gift box 1st xD, remember the box only obtained once you complete a tutorial for new tamer (lv1)

Random Reinforced Mercenary DigiEgg is given mainly from events and they consist of 2 types: Random Reinforced Mercenary DigiEgg - Alpha and Random Reinforced Mercenary DigiEgg - Beta, with totally different digimons found in each. A Level 3, 4 or 5 Mercenary DigiEgg is given randomly after scanning.
