[Update] What's the GameKing support email? My account was hacked and I can't get back in! [Update]
If @Ren or any of the other developers or GMs/mods have it, please give me it! I need it since my account was hacked and purchases were made without my consent! I've taken action for everything other than being able to reset my password... because I can't! None of the password reset requests I'm sending are working or even getting to me when my email account is showing up as the one on file still! I can't send a support ticket since I can't even log in, my password was changed on me! (This is frustrating since I was playing the game just fine hours ago!)

I can't send a support ticket or anything along those lines to GameKing because, again, I can't log in or get a password reset request to come in!

This isn't for my Steam acc, this is strictly for my primary GameKing account (which I'm just going to pretty much delete after this since I have neither the time or funds to deal with being hacked like this).

Please help me as soon as possible!

After doing some digging here on the forums, I found the email for support and, while using a form that was also with the support email, sent an email. I've still been trying to send password reset requests to my email address and not a single request has shown up in my inbox. This doesn't make sense, mainly because from what I can tell when I go confirm the request, it looks like /my/ email is still on file.

Not gonna lie, this frustrating event is making me want to completely abandon the game like I almost did the first time I was hacked (didn't report it since items were stolen and I was able to reset my password just fine--I knew the stolen items wouldn't be restored and there were far too many stolen items to list). I'm thinking I should have just deleted the account then, and not even bother hooking Steam up to Digimon Masters Online (since items are, in a way, more expensive through here) with how I'm afraid of getting hacked at any moment! I have some confidence my steam DMO acc might be fine.. However I'm still more than likely going to drop DMO entirely. This has sorely ruined my trust for the game after being a loyal player of DMO (long before GameKing was in the picture) and spending so much money on this game.
/end of short rant. I pretty much cut myself off since I could easily keep going./

Sorry, I should've informed you the email address earlier. Glad you found it out yourself. Just to confirm, our support email is: support@gameking.com.

Also, I'm very sorry to hear that you had to go through such experience. Have you tried opening a ticket to the support team? I'm sure they're willing to help you out as much as they can. By the way, there are 2 ways to reach out for help - you can either send an email to the support email address or open a ticket on GameKing's website.

It's difficult to open a ticket with the support team when my account was hacked, yet again, after managing to reset the password late last night. This is frustrating, and hurts, considering how much time, effort, and money I've placed into my GameKing account. With how my password was changed on me again, I'm starting to think the only thing that can be done to fix this is just deleting it entirely. Which again, hurts. I'd lose Omegamon, Examon, all four of my Apocolymon... that's just some of the things I have on my main Tamer character on the Lucemon server that I'd lose (or may have already lost if the hacker got rid of them by now, I have no clue).

I'm trying to get a password reset request again, however, there appears to be a huge delay just as there was last night. I made a password reset request earlier this morning and still haven't received anything from GameKing support. I was only able to reset my password last night, past midnight, because I had received an influx of password reset messages from all of my attempts.

Honestly, Ren, I'm not sure what can be done to fix this. Ever since my Log in ID was released months ago after winning an event that I wasn't even trying to, my GameKing account has been in jeapordy. I'm thinking I should have deleted my GameKing account long ago, since unless I can change my Log in ID for GameKing or something, that account will forever be doomed to constant hacking.
