I am sorry, but going to NPC Sampson was the 1st task from digivice..
I mean after that, when we want to obtain the permit for the 2nd time we must speak to NPC Kevin Krier right ?

You need to complete the "Alluring icedevimon" quest from ur digivice to get daily tickets.

Yeah, i received the dungeon permit quest daily, but after some days it not appears more, richard sampson not gives me any quest and in the digivice only appears not related quests, aulluring ice devimon quest isn´t necessary for the daily dungeon permit quest.

you should try to finish Ice Devimon quest from digivice if you have not done it man

It let me to B1 once after I completed IceDevimon section in Westlands then it destroyed my permit when I died in B1.
