In order to resolve your issue, please consider downgrading the client version following the procedures below.

1. Find and open the 'vGDMO' file (if you installed it on the default directory, it should be located in - C:/Movegames/DMO_GSP/LauncherLib).

2. Downgrade the version (*if the current version is set to 210, delete and fill the space again with 209).

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the launcher - this will reset the client version.

If the problem persists even after trying the procedures above, please contact us again.

not to delete the game but you just edit the vGDMO with notepad , change the number to 210 , and then reopen your DMO , i do this and its worked well in me

Which version is it now? I have the same problem, the file starts at 418, in the official page it says that we put 410 so it updates to 411 and finally to 412 but i done that and didnt work

I tried changing the version of that file in many numbers like 210, 209, 409, 410, 411, 412... and nothing worked, by the way the fully message in the error is: Failed to recieve the version info. Please check your internet connection.

yo all i found how to resolve this problem and its simple you just need to disable your proxy by goin to internet and settings - proxy - and in use an server proxy you just change to off.
I been like 2 years trying from time to time solve this jeeeeeeez.
