We have more serious problems to solve with Gameking aka MoveGames than Adri can imagine about hack and unfair bans. As long as Adri lives in this illusionary bubble about online games, there's not much to do for him. Other players including me, we try to show him, but he doesn't want to be helped. the purpose of the post is not to create complaints that lead to disagreements between players or to massively criticize Gameking / MoveGames. But it is quite frustrating to see the company go to great lengths to take down a pirated server, while we still have problems involving (old) GM's and players banned and or hacked without a solution for more than years, we were virtually ignored, and treated as guilty. As if the company did not make mistakes, only the players.

Maybe that's why some people prefer to go to BBDMO, because insecurity for insecurity ... disrespect for disrespect, what difference does it make to play on official or a pirate server? What we want here is just to review the punishments generated by the last GM's between the years 2016 - 2019. Because in this period GM rumors of corruption, items and accounts hacked on large frequencies started, up to your website too...

I will mention just a few cases, which I believe that the majority here will identify themselves as having suffered from the same ...

1) Here in my guild, a player bought an AOX for 4kt right when it was launched. ONE week later he took a ban, for illegally purchasing the item.
My question ... how do we know if an item is illegal or not illegal? Some say to check the price, ok! But who sells at "normal" prices? Do we have a crystal ball to guess? Or the best option is to go without buying? So why play, if i can't buy what i want?

Then a GM arrives and starts to ban? So what i ask, if GM knew that the item was illegal, why not ban those who sold it? Just who bought it? If you knew the "origin" of the item by the famous and immaculate LOG, why not just remove the item and give it a 7-day suspension? Why permanent in those who bought? We were forced to know what is illegal and what is not?


2) Bot report. Because the company allows the use of special characters in nick tamer, people made "clones" of players on other servers and even on the server itself, using nick + fake guild. And they simulated the player using BOT. They recorded videos and reported.

And what happened? the GM watched the video and banned it! Why GM didn't go to the place to check if it was true, GM watch the reported player, it was just based on a video and BAN! There were players who were banned, for doing dugeon quickly. And they recorded it on the door of the dungeon, timing how long it took the person to do a dungeon. For the love of god ... and the GM accepted the report and banned it, showing a lack of technical knowledge of the mechanics of the game where is the possible do a dungeon quickly.

GM ignoring prints and videos of people proving they were online while being accused, but gm give a ban if someone calling another player a botuser was an absolute truth. As if the GM chooses who should or should not play.

GM listening to members of discord, who literally sucked at him, and banned players just for not agreeing with his decisions. However, the same GM laughed in the players' faces, acted with sarcasm and disrespect, as if he were "owner" of the game.

People trying to argue, resolve, and he closing threads, and not satisfied the same GM, started to answer MyQna, that is, if he complained about him on steam, BAN. If you complained about him on MyQna, he would answer you himself, that is, total control of the game in the hands of just ONE GM.

GM which later accused of corruption ... ( i need explain more about that case? )

And then GameKing / MoveGames ... Do we need to do more than remove the ban from our accounts?
