Is apocalymon Psychic worth it?

Was wondering if hes good for most content like dungeons? im a new player just hit lvl 55 tamer, i want a good digimon for dungeons and most content and since Lucemon is very expensive ill pass for now.

But apocalymon psychic is more doable for me, since he is around 30$.

But i heard i need tamer TK and i also need to heal myself constantly because he can devolve, how does this work exactly? does this mean i need a lot of Tera everytime i use him because i need to keep healing him?

is he a good choice for a newish player? he looks so dope

He is stronger than luce but he cant use skill memory to heal him self, u need alot of bread and other heal items like cc to heal him when your tk skill is on cd.
You can use tags to heal him like kaiser/magna but the tags are no longer available.
He is really useful for dgs but if you are tank is better to use impmon or luce.
Apo psy has a really good skill breaker, that means that he can attack while he is casting a skill.
But the 2 main problems of apo psy are:
-You need an energy patch or you will lose all your stamina really fast, its like a jogress chip for variant digimons.
-He cant use skill memory.

Just to be clearer, the Tamer's stamina is not affected when using apo psy if you are doing arena or dungeons.

cant atack while you using a skills that no have logic just a visual bug effect and yes cant heal himself cant use extreme evolution is just same like susano or jogress but is good for colo for UKnown attribute have advantage is not about the digimon more powerfull you need to focus in ONLY 1 Digimon clon 15/15/15/15 lv 99 you own character tamer STATS to your digimon be stronger like intimacy Seals attribute and gear
