DATS Emblem

It seems I have deleted the DATS Emblem you get from the start of the game so I am unable to continue on with the 'Official Dats Agent' Quest. This means I am unable to go to D - Terminal 1 for the new title. I would like to finish this quest and , if possible, make the 'DATS Emblem' item itself unthrowable, like items such as 'Monochromon's Mark', to prevent new players entering the same situation.
