unable to use ID search

hey guys!

so last time i played DMO it was joymax who was in charge of it.. since game king took over, i cant login anymore and i dont receive emails from them either.. i know the support could help me to recover it but i cant remember some crucial things like the server i played on.

they wont do a thing if i cant answer all the questions properly so id like to use the ID search but as stated above i dont receive any email from them.

if i try to make a new account my email is "already in use"..

but how? i cant even get into contact with the support.. if i try to speak to a gm ingame, no one answers.. its really frustrating to see that all the hard work ive done is lost

EDIT; im unable to create a ticket since its impossible for me to even register since i still dont get any email from gameking

I'm having the same problem, can't make a new account with my email because it's tied up in limbo somehow when the game switched from Joymax to Game King and i can't talk to anyone to get my account back
