Bring It to Me quest BUGGED - GM_KatyKay or Eldin help me

I have the quest "bring it to me", what need a suspicious device by killing cerberusmon, but I killed him and didn't drop that item, and I can't do again the same quest because the NPC didn't give to me the quest to get that item, so I can't delivery that item to starmon in western, because of that main quest, can't unlock NPC quests of maze entrance, digimonarchive and daily quest of maze entrance to enter in maze b2, I'm stuck on that bug and can't unlock all maze maps/try to get my omegamon!

Please, give to me that item to complete the quest!

I already saw a old GM giving that item when we posted that in the bug report forum ( but in 2016 ) I think this GM isn't in the staff at this moment, and noone read the bug report session.

Of course I already did that, isn't a item what you can get the item by deleting a quest and getting again, is a quest of digivice. Is a quest what you need a item for another guest, but that quest is already completed but I didn't received the item, so I can't do the quest again.

The sad thing is, I created a Q&A in GK website but noone of support answer the bug to solve it....

You have to do another daily quest that gives you the item to summon Cerberumon after you complete it. Go to SuperStarmon to take it, collect the 10 drops from any digimon on the map, turn the quest in, then SuperStarmon will give you the item to summon Cerberumon again. (Make sure you have the Cerberumon quest with you before killing it, and that no one else hits it/kills it before you)

I already did that quest 4 times ( the quest of kill cerberumon ), the first time to do that quest, the quest is a main quest ( 10 dangerous sensor ) and kill cerberumon, but when he becomes a daily quest, don't give to me suspicious device. First of all, i haven't the quest to get the summon ( i know what quest is, because I already did in others accounts ). I only have the quest of killing the summon.

The quest of dangerous sensor have a [D] in the name, and I haven't quest dailys in starmon. As you can see here:

I only have the daily quest of the second part ( to earn maze keys ) from anubismon:

I can't earn the item to summon cerberumon, because I haven't the quest to earn that! and when someone already summoned to me, I hitted first and didn't drop the suspicious device from cerberusmon. If you check my actual mission ( Bring It to Me ) in order of quests, he is after the quest of earn the suspicious device by killing the cerberusmon!

It's not a bug if you threw it away. If you need help with recovering an item, you need to send a ticket to the support service.

We do not provide item recovery via Steam.
