I mean spending that much money on crowns? You even charged 3000 crown in 24 hours, 1000 crosn on November 30, 2015 and 2000 crown on December 1st, 2015.
No one on their sane mind will spend such huge amounts of money on crowns on a single month.
Let's see, in less than 24 hours you spent US$300 in crown? We're talking that you spent the equivalent of a Nintendo Switch's sale price (the console's price is US$299) just in crown?
Are you serious? Sorry but I see something really fishy there with spending so much money in crowns.
Wonder what kind of job makes you earn 10K usd in one day? I really would like a job like that o.o
Also it all depends on the country. Believe me here in México 300 USD is a lot of money in Mexican currency due to the dollar exchange rate.
Gameking GMs didn't kill Seraphimon server. It was Aeria Games themselves who killed it, stop blaming Gameking GMs for that because is not their fault Aeria had the server so abandoned. Heck Aeria on their website for GDMO still uses the Joymax logo. They didn't even bothered to remove that logo and add Gameking's logo on their website for the game.
The problem with the bans is due to that the RMT went out of hand. Huge amount of teras are moved daily on the game. I have seen screenshots of players with 2000T, 5000T, etc.
Everyday on facebook I see publications of people selling Tera for real money, selling crown for real money, selliing accounts for real money.
Between the hacks and the RMT things went out of hand.
Also, the hackers are known for charging crowns to any account as a service and those crowns are charged illegally. It would not surprise me if some of your large charges if not all of them were done that way. Not saying it is your case, just saying I wouldn't be surprised. I have moved your account to be checked by the financial department to verify your last crown purchases in case an illegal method of charge was used or if the crowns were charged from a different country/region that yours (including different IP's or payment methods than usual).
But again, just because you did charge crowns within your game time, doesn't mean now we will unban your account because of it. Cash does not buy you an unban, and it never will.
PS: Additionally, your account was banned on the 2nd of September. Funny how you say you charge so much to not even be playing so often that you don't even notice your ban until almost 2 weeks later.

-i don't care if you dont want unban too, that is not my point, your acuisation for banning is not valid, don't jump into conclusion that I want unban blindly, I don't deserve ban at first place.

-Man be honest, I report it on Q & A, I did notice and reaction at the same day after ban but you didn't answer, even till today.
Question :
if you think you have all proof needed, why is it hard to show ?
Because we are not allowed to. Any kind of logs that prove you're not innocent cannot be shared to the public because it is giving away our source codes and ID's which are strictly kept in secret so it cannot be exploited by the public in any way. If it was some kind of screenshot taken from perhaps Facebook or In-Game or any other source like Discord, I could share that easily because it does not show any game coding or source.
Regardless of the GM in charge of a ban being right or being wrong. We have a full documentation about any case which is kept in a sort of like a database/library to be pulled out whenever necessary. In this case, if you think that your ban is wrong and the GM in charge of having you banned, in this case, me, is questioned that has done something against the rules, meaning, you got banned without enough proof, can be suspended from working at the company.
We do get supervision over our cases so we have to have a backup to hold along with our explanation if questioned. I got questioned multiple times, my last questioning and supervision was just yesterday as a matter of fact from my superior about a case I banned similarly for RMT but I have shown my backup proofs (that I can share with my superior and my team members because we work at the same company under the same confidential policy) and they saw I was right and that I did not ban the unfairly.
Sometimes I get a bit mad when players question our capacity to take a decision when banning someone and implying that we are always wrong just because they specifically got banned this time. But any other time they are ok with our bans and even laugh at people that got banned but once it is their turn, suddenly, everyone is evil and corrupted.
I cannot talk in behalf of any other GM because they are different people but I honestly feel ashamed to be questioned in my abilities of 2 years of experience in reading logs and tracking illegal activity within the game. I have banned over 3000 accounts over my work period since 2016 and I think I am capable enough to see that someone is a cheater when I find one. Thank you very much.
Last but not least, your account has too much of weird stuff going on including the illegal trades I found (not one but multiple of them) and other evidence that cannot be ignored regardless of how much you claim you paid within the game and I cannot unban your account.
