"YOUR STEAM OVERLAY ISN´T ACTIVE" HELP

I need help, I play by steam the DMO, whenever i go to buy some iten of the Cash Shop it appears "Your steam overlay isn´t active" wanted help to solve this problem.

I await an answer!

I'm having this issue as well. The overlay is checked and active in the game's properties. I've verified the integrity of the files at least 8 times and still my steam overlay isn't active. It's been like this since July 7th 2018.

I already did everything, already installed steam 5 times so far nothing, but yesterday Steam Overlay worked out of nowhere! When I turned the computer off and turned it back on, it did not work anymore.

Starting to think Gamekings is messing with the game so that steam users have to buy crown at the start of X Antibody event.

Hello guys,

Maybe this could be caused by 2 problems, what I did for solve that was:
First op: In steam window, go to Steam->Parameters->In game-> and check the button of the enable overlay.
Second op: You could have an antivirus like Karspersky (search on google that, you will find a complete list of thoose antivirus that could cause problems to steam). If you have one of them, pause the protection and then open the game. In the server selection try to open the overlay (the default keys are "shift+tab", idk if you change it). If it works turn on the protection again.

Thank you, this fixed the issue I've been having. Turns out I had an anti-virus software on my pc that I had forgotten about. It was causing problems.
