Steam players abused carding, which is they basically asking for a refund claiming that their card was stolen. Of course, this was not true and it cost the company a lot of money, so they had to put an end to it somehow. You can trade cash items if you play with Gameking though.

Re-read the posts above.
Any item bought FROM the Steam DMO is BOUND.
Can't sell it. Can't trade it. Can only use it.
If you want to sell items from the Cash Shop you will need a Game King account.
No exceptions. Blame the community for abusing charge backs and credit card frauds for this enforcement.

And maybe they should have a system where those who are classified by the system
