Copyrights on DMO

I´ve been wondering when does DMO start to file charges on Musicshake ? they shamelessly take the copyrights for many OST in dmo.

Known places of abuse : D-Terminal Summon square , silent forest , Digimon Maze F3 and Snowman village

Can someone explain it to me ?

Come again? you mean Musicshake is using music from DMO?

Do you have links to musicshake using DMO music?

yep. they take the OST of those areas which i said above as their own . record the places and upload it on YT . you will know that they strike you with lots of copyrights on the video. im slowly sick of this while doing lets plays....

And if it was the opposite? that MoveGames took that music for the game?

Right now I'm at musicshake, and the Snowman village melody called Change of Eternity, it says it was created 9 years ago. that is 2009, now we're on May 31. KDMO opened in July, 2009, but the ice maps (snowstorm village, etc.) didn't got added till around beginning 2010 or so. Thing is that the melody already existed even before the ice area was even created.

but why would movegames risk their game to be closed and use the OST then ?

Perhaps movegames purchased the right to use this music in their game.

i doubt that. what would explain then the copyrights on the OST on YT ?
