What's the recommended amount of hit rate for leveling?
I currently got 320 through seals

Seeing as default is 0 ur doing pretty well try to get 1000

earring with double hit rate would be the best, with seal it can become 3k++ hit rate, and you wont miss even the lvl different is 20+

500 HT = No miss at devimon raid at IMD
1500 HT ++ = No Miss at EDG
3500 HT = No miss at ZDG ( Unlocking all the HT Seals recommended )
4100 HT = No miss at BDG ( Unlocking all HT Seals + CD HT HT Earring )

I used ocs on my earrings until they got double hit rate, so now i got 1240 hit. Is that good enough for leveling?

yea use different levels as you check your battlelog on the hit and miss rate
