Steam Items Permanently Character Bound!!!

Hi All. Found out yesterday that all the steam cash shop items have become permanently character bound. Now did they do this to stop the hacking (people can't hack accounts and trade there cash shop items) or is there another reason? and will this actually help the game?

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this

Just create a gameking account get the items there and trade for your main account on steam xd

Lol, its funny you should mention that. because my brother did that a month ago, because he thought this might to dmo steam happen
