A weird exclusion

Hello first, today something weird happened to me in dmo after i tried to login i found out that my account is banned : https://prnt.sc/jf3xc3 the ban was weird especially that i don't play too much and all i do was leveling and crack of devimon dungeon these days with my guild mates but the reason is more weird '' Using Hacking tool '' first of all i am out of all of this , i don't know anything about hacking and botting since i just entered the game recently.Well for now i ask you GM_KatyKat or GM_Lushien to look after my case because what happened is unfair i am banned for nothing , and some of my friends said maybe someone made fake reports about me but i think you game manager know more so i ask you to look for my case , thanks :/

This is the 1st time i've seen "hacking tool" which leads me to believe its dash, since both dash and psc are considered hacking, dash having auto dungeons mode

Auto dungeons mode? Man, lazyness to do the dungeons yourself has taken a whole new level with that feature the dash bot has o.o

No Nyx i don't know what dash is to be honest , the only bot i've heard about is the psc that many people use to bot and kill underground , as i mentionned in my post i don't play too much maybe a total of 3 hours per day and at these time i enjoy with friends i don't have credit card to pay for dash bot ... why no GM here yet

UserNotFound no we do classic crack of devimon dungeon , my account is kinda perfect so i don't need to use skin to do it and my party is also pro and skin is for weaklings and i don't need it man

We got 3 potential paths here.
1. You are lying out your teeth with you not only pretending to not know of botting tools, but also trying to weasel out of a ban. A lot of players have come here playing dumb on this trying to trick GMs into overturning bans. Not many got far.
2. You participated with others that or used the skin, and you got penalitized for doing raid runs with the reported person, and since you ran parties with the reported person the logs will state you were in said party, giving you the ban hammer for "partaking in taking advantage of a Raid"
3. Someone has your account information, or a friend/family member uses your account and broke the rules on your behalf.

Unless proof is shown that you are indeed innocent, the game logs will otherwise prove you innocent or gulity of aiding or using a cheating device.

Man i am not asking you anything i don't need to lie about something here i really don't know what dash is first ,2ndly as i said i don't need skin to do crack of devimon dungeon what the hell is crack of devimon dungeon man? just 2k skill dmg from devimon doesn't make any sense and to settle this none else know my login info and that's what i am asking to KatyKat and Lushien to do i want them to check my logs and they'll know that i was in party in COD and this mean i wasn't botting cod also they can check my inventory because i don't have 238283T or 400k cores like some players , well i have to wait for them to decide

Heres a general idea, and I sat and timed this out for you.
It took you, from going into the portal, and reappearing outside the instance roughly...
1 minute and 17 seconds. Solo. It takes up to 10 seconds for the map to load in and out of instance so that means you had to run to Devimon and kill it in less than 60 seconds, a minute.
Lets say it takes you 15 - 20 seconds to reach Devimon, thats less than 40 seconds to kill Devimon.
That time is understandable...if in a party, but going off from these loads it looking like solo runs.
Weither you were killing too fast, loaded in a bot with a skin to make you go through the walls, 1m and 17s is just way too fast for a legit run.

Thanks for your reply Crimson , and yes we were at the same party and we were taking less than a minutes to kill devimon, we were full buffed and using skills also the party members were strong if KatyKat or Lushien check the logs they will find out everything like we were full buffed and we were at the same party, and i didn't do many rounds , i don't have many cores, not many tera. Thanks for reply bro but any idea when GM could login?

Gm Katy_Kat I would once again like to thank you for restoring my Account in the Beelzemon server. But I would like to see him unbanned he has showed me some new things that I did not learn because I fell behind losing my account for 1 and 1/2 years long. StarNation was doing COD with some of his other guild members they killed fast and in that specific scene The Crimson One was mentioning they had connection issues and he ran back in to fast because he was usually the last one out in their runs. Because he was offline then next thing we find out he is banned over a video of someone reporting him. We all found out when he was logging on to spend a little bit playing before resuming real life. All he found was a ban for Hacking Tool which he was one of the most legal players in the whole server so he would had not used such a thing as he did not agree with the ideal of them. In conclusion that video I can not see how that was for reporting because he did not even message him to check if he was there once.
