How do i scan my Memory Skills for data?

To keep selling memory skills in the cash shop. But yea I agree that CB ones should be scannable too.

There was a issue with the past event where players made hundreds of new accounts to get memory skill, each time they would scan the skill that was CB then too, to turn it into trad-able data, and 3-4 data made a new skill capsule fully trad-able, basically meaning they made unlimited free memory capsules, thus the why u cant scan them anymore sorry :(

So you're telling me rather than create a CB memory skill scan, they just made it so you can't scan CB memory skills?

Seems rather lazy and anti-consumer.
