Suspicious Device For Starmon (Maze Entrance Main Quest) Accidentally Thrown Away

I accidentally thrown away my quest item (Suspicious Device) to save up my inventory. This item is a quest item to complete a main quest called "Bring It To Me". Can I get back the item? If not, will this effect my obtainment for Omegamon? Because it is a main quest. Thank you for your time reading this, I hope I can get an answer regarding this.

you can just abandon your quest actually if you accidentally throw your quest item

Well, if I does not complete this quest and abandon it, will it affect my obtainment for Omegamon? Because I am inform that to progress we need to complete main mission and this quest is a main mission. Thank you for your reply. If can, I want to complete this main quest. :)

You can give up the quest and accept it again, and you should get another suspicious device

Yeap, I have try this and no, I dont get that item because the suspicious device is obtain from another main quest. If I not mistaken, that quest is called "Personal Curiousity".

nope,this will not affect for your omegamon jogres quest. you are still able to get inside maze, just keep continue with the other quest untill it lead you to maze f3. if you dont do this quest, you only will not be able to get a daily quest to spawn "cerberu hell",which is the requirement for the other daily quest that require to kill "cerberu hell" to get the maze key as rewards. but you can just find a party with a person whom about to spawn it and still can claim the kill.
