The Anti-Macro System Sucks

Honestly,
This is just my 1st and 2nd day playing this cute game. But i feel that the anti-macro system itself sucks as hell.

Grinding is no problem, but look at this anti-macro. I know botting is illegal activity, but should you go this far for kicking botters. This anti-macro system is not so new-user friendly, there is ambiguous question under the captcha.
The fonts for new macro system is absurd. can't your designer pick a better font??? just ARIAL or TIMES NEW ROMAN will be good for captcha.
I got banned 2 times in my first day since i can't tell difference of 0 and O, B or 8, Z or 2, I or 1. Not to mention the difficulty of questions which are ambigue. What the hell with this all fonts, alphabets, numbers etc.
and the punishment for this macro is getting worse everytime. Do you really want to lessen your player base or what?
And i can bet, game like this has no many good customer care since they will resign due to heavy complains for their system.
Many people abusing this. Just on my first day i got banned 2 times. And now still i got paranoid with this idiot manual anti-macro system.

May i Suggest based on my MMO experiences? I have played lot of MMO games on mobile and PC since old times, and a lot of new released game has automatic system :

1. This game is old-retro, botters will not wiped from your game, and they are building economies in many games. People will need your in game currency in your game, and a lot more people can't build their stat immediately, so i believe this will trigger people to sell your cash exclusive item for your soft currency, just put a minimum threshold for your exclusive cash item to build a good and nice in game economy, like you can see in Onigiri online or Ragnarok Mobile

2. If you cannot wipe or prevents bot in any good way, probably you should consider for how about implementing a embedded legal bot system and monetize it. I believe a lot people will like it.

3. Or please reduce the difficulty of macro, or make a system where newbie can learn to answer this hard captcha

I didnt knew what that means, in my Country fonts means something like Comic Sans or Times New Roman

In my Country does "order" mean something else too. We would have used the word "position".

I hope someone can explain what to type into fonts, so i can edit this in this Thread.
And for Gameking dont punish us for your bad translations.
(or if you translate it badly, explain it atleast in the Patchnotes)

Just on your first two days playing this game and you already know quite some stuffs happening in DMO over the past years. I suppose you had an intensive reading to the game's background history before playing :)
