Unknown System Error

Dear All,

I'm a steam user and since the latest update, I'm having this "Unknown System Error". From what I have found on other forums here, this error has happened before.

However, GM HellKat's post regarding to this error says sending a ticket to Gameking website is recommended.

Will this error be temporary and be just fixed anytime soon or do I must send a ticket to Gameking to resolve it?

That may be true for this game, but once this game dies, somone else will invest in the digimon franchise. It's not worth dealing with them anymore then it's worth trying to deal with a slum-lord when renting a house.Take it from someone who's personally gotten 3 slumlords thrown in jail.

funny enough its seems like their site is getting too much traffic cause of all the people sending tickets i can barley log in.

If they do that I may keep playing too, I however will still be incredibly cautious and watching their every move as I play.

Same thing, not getting in, some of my guildmates have gotten in tho, website moving like trash, and I no longer believe submitting a ticket to GK does anything at all besides get me a generic response.

If this is how it is I will probably move to another game, and definitely give all my friends the heads up to stay away from here. Good customer service is the key to repeat customers. Bad customer service is the key to lawsuits, dead games, and getting banned from steam.I'll be eagerly keeping my eye on this company, their gms and the community to see if what you say is true from now on.

I'm inclined to agree with you. It's one thing having problems, its another when it directly affects things like events and the kind of content you you then can't access, when you would have if things were working. In fact, many of the systems this game uses can be considered illegal/unethical in some countries (the gambling aspect).

This problem and the lack of communication thereof might tip the scales for me to not play any further if this is how customers are treated.
