[Notice] "Illegal Item Received Account" Case

First of all, I apologize for the belated notice.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

To explain what happened, this is the situation.
Recently, there was an incident which caused bugged/duplicated items to be released from "already banned accounts".
It was later found to be done by hacking & abuse of system flaw.
We've managed to deal with the hacking & system flaw issue, and it has been blocked.
And to stop the released items from spreading, blocking the accounts that received was inevitable.
So that is why there are many accounts that have been recently banned without prior notice.

However, this was only a temporary measure.
I know that there are some of accounts that were banned innocently.
We don't mean to keep them banned forever.
And I don't want this to be delayed any longer.
So I'm writing this notice.

If you're account is banned innocently by the recent ban wave, please make a comment here.
To do it properly, please write your Tamer name & Server name, which suspicious item you've traded recently by how much price, and whether you used normal exchange with a player or used the personal/consignment shop.

In case you've traded with real cash, you have to write how much cash you spent.

* I know that real money trading is violation of policy too, but we decided to make an exception this time when you tell the truth first.
But in case of real money trading, we cannot return the money for you (it's impossible anyway).

For the players who write the comment honestly, I'll request for prior investigation.
But for the players who don't tell the truth, I'm sure I'll not be able to help.

Probably these seals were from some of those accounts that were disbanded. My account was created since the beginning of the server, I have never been banned for all this time on the Omegamon server, unfortunately I was unlucky to get a duplicate item in my account or whatever it was.

Hello, good night GM staff, I currently play in Leviamon server, yesterday while i was in Village Of Beginning i bought a very rare item from a shop (ZeedMille). it never crossed my mind that it could be a duplicated item, and i just tried to log in and i find my account banned. I really hope this can be solved as soon as possible, and i can recover my account. all i want is the item (if it is duplicated or not) to be removed from my account and the ban to be lifted so i can continue playing as usual. thanks for your consideration and for taking the time to read me.
