Regarding transcendence?

Does the digimon have to be 5/5 or is it 125% that it needs to have? I hope the latter honestly because getting a 5/5 digimon is.. difficult(still crying from my cresgarurumon fails) and there's no way to change a 3/5 or 4/5 into 5/5 for real, you can make them 125% sure.

you need a 5/5 for normal digimon, the only ones that only require 125% size are apo,arma, kaiser,magna, aka hybrid and spirit digimon
