Error while update

Hi,
my friends and me have some problems with the update, it downloaded but when it starts to extract it fails.
Error Code [1]: Packing: Faild to open source file

Not only that, the portal on DATS that goes to Yokohama instead of showing its usual animation, it appear as a big pink circle o.o

Oddly enough the portals on digiworld maps including the odaiba maps appear as they should, the issue is only with the Yokohama portals which have a different style

i just think the blue attribute bug was for delete game files from the new update

At least I managed to fix my issue of the portal from DATS to Yokohama no showing correctly. God bless the previous versions backups of folders Windows makes :3

dont delete game files just change your system locale to korea then you patch the game, modding game files is bannable

2. Go into LauncherLib folder, right-click on 'vGDMO' file and click 'Edit'.

3. Downgrade the version (*if the current version is set to 210, delete and fill the space again with 209).

4. Save the file.

5. Restart the launcher - this will reset the client version.

Can anyone confirm if this actually works?

your supposed to change your system locale to korea, the issue of deleting files doesnt work plus deleting files is modifying the game which you could possibly get banned for

that solution doesnt work, it just leads to weird crashes, reinstall the game and set your system locale to korea

dont delete pack01, reinstall the game with your system locale set to korea, you dont want to delete pack 01 if you had successfully installed

if you can start the game and your missing pack01 then you are missing important files from the update so you will crash often since it means you dont have the updated files

for me it worked this way:

1. Find and delete folder named: "Pack01" from your DMO client folder (if you installed it on the default directory, it should be located in -
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam").
Don´t close Folder-Window !!! (you need it later)
2. Go into LauncherLib folder, right-click on 'vGDMO' file and click 'Edit'.
3. Downgrade the version (*for example, if the current version is set to 417, change it to 416).
4. Save the file.
5. Restart the launcher again
6. wait till download is complete (in launcher)
7. while decompression switch to Folder-Window:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam"
there shold be "GDMO417.zip"
copy and past the zip file to your desktop
8. wait till you get the error again and klick on "ok" in error window.
9. now the game closed
10. delete folder named: "Pack01" from your DMO client folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam"
11. open file "GDMO417.zip" with windows explorer (don´t decompress)
12. drag and drop folder named: "Pack01" from "GDMO417.zip" to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam"
13. start game launcher and wait till copying is finished = update complete and you can start the game normally.

if it isn´t working:
I have done the following to:

- drag and drop folder named: "Data" from "GDMO417.zip" to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam"
(do never and not erase the folder "Data" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam" before or after.

- delete or drag and drop "GDMO.exe" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam" to any folder you like for backup purpose
now
drag and drop "GDMO.exe" from "GDMO417.zip" to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Masters Online - Steam"

try again
