Because there's probably nothing concrete about it yet given to the GDMO staff for them to announce. Especially if these Joggresses are still in the making, they'll have to be released on KDMO first and GDMO only get them later.
Seeing as we're ranting about them announcing things they don't deliver, it'd be a little hypocrite for us to demand them to announce more things they can't be certain we'll get anytime soon.

It's cool that we 3 were able to get to the same page regarding this, it's been a nice exchange for sure. Honestly, what bothers me the most is seeing Gennai on Server Continent Pyramid (quest "training to improve more") talk about Myotismon, searching for routes to Odaiba, etc. I mean come on, those dialogues were written in 2014 and it's already been 3 full years without a simple allusion to that, just an unkept "AMAZING 2017" promise. So sad, but that doesn't completely shatter my hopes, again, that 2018 will be a good year for the game. Regarding Examon Seals, I highly doubt those will be introduced unless PvP comes first. There's been rumors (and a confirmation by the KDMO team last year) that there were "unique items" given as PvP rewards, my guess is they're saving it for that. As regards Qinglongmon Seals on the other hand, it's such a tease to see the GMs use the QingLongmon Master during events...we'll just have to be patient for that one.
