can't progress quests in server continent

so i just went through the main quests in the desert I am now with on reflection tai and the quest marker is grey my tamer is 70 and digimon lvl 95 what do i do from here

You need to be lvl 73 to proess to the next world.

any tips where to grind for xp?

Actually you need Tamer Lvl 75. Took me a week or 2 to get from 70 to 75.

Daily quests on the File Island maps and grinding by the area where the Mono Raid is at on the Waterfront map
