Deleted Character Recoveries

Word around is that there's a new bot created to abuse the update by creating new characters, abusing the cores, deleting the characters and repeating the same process over and over.
There's also a bug in the bot apparently, or in some versions at least where the bot malfunctions and deletes the account's main tamer.
Which is the exact reason why there has been a gigantic increase in support requests for "accidental" main tamer deletions.
Taking into account this is a type of core gathering abuse considered against the rules as so openly and clearly stated by the game's GMs themselves; and the use of bots is a bannable offense my question is... why on earth is the staff providing support to cheaters?
The morons are doing your job for yourselves by deleting their tamers via faulty bots and making abundantly clear they're abusing a game design flaw.
Let them keep their characters deleted which will hopefully teach them a valuable lesson about following the rules, rather than rewarding their scumbag behavior.

What the fricken hell is there really people who made bots to actually abuse this kind of system??!! The DMO Community is taking this waaay to far now. Now i get why people are getting their main character deleted. When i always saw a post saying that they deleted their main character i always thought to myself... "How do they even delete their Main Character, wuuat". I guess this explains it.

there is a bot that will use all your rubies/clovers so you don't have to sit there and use them all manually. there are bots for legit everything on dmo
