Get the correct agumon and make sure he's out when you speak to calumon.

The agumon you start with is NOT the right one.

You need an agumon egg to hatch Agumon (Classic).

Yes, I have a classic agumon.
  But for some reason does not give me the missions to get omegamon

The jog quests only appear in Calumon's speech bubble thing if you're in rookie form. You can't go up to him/her/it in any form other than Agumon's classic rookie form. This is the same for any other jogress quest. You must be in rookie form to see the quest.

dude..i have same problem, quest omega for agu dont showed up.

I completed my Agumon quests upto the Diablomon part and after that it stopped. That happened because my Gabumon has not completed his quests to that point yet. I have the same issue with my Patamon (Shakkoumon line). I complete maybe 2 or 3 of its quests and then Calumon didnt give any more quests. Both digimon need to be have their quests completed simulatenously. Tell me, what were the last quests you completed for Agumon and Gabumon?
