1. Cash shop - You can buy Tamer packs that include their respective tamer exchange item, or the Savers Exchange item for Savers tamers.
2. File Island drops - From what I understand, every digimon on File Island can drop an Adventure tamer. I've gotten Matt and TK, both from Megaseadramon at File Island Waterfront.
3. Infinite Mountain Dungeon - Not to be confused with Infinite Mountain Instance Dungeon behind Monochromon's spawn, IMD's Devimon will sometimes "drop" a Tai exchange item. It does not drop any other tamer, only Tai. It does not show up as a drop you have to pick up, but as an item that goes straight into your inventory, like CC from any raid boss.
4. Capsule D - The rarely-used Capsule Machines in DATS has a rare chance of giving you a Capsule D, which has a chance of giving you the Savers tamer exchange item.
5. Adventure Tamer Box - I haven't gotten one of these yet, so I'm just speculating. In Server Continent Canyon, there are a few quests given by Pixiemon that end with you fighting the Diablomon raid boss. The daily quest grants you 1 Light of the Canyon item, used for exchange at the nearby Jijimon(?). With 12 of these items, you can exchange for an Adventure Tamer Box, which I assume contains an Adventure tamer.
