what are blue megaphones?

i saw someone using a blue megaphone but all i know is there are yellow pink and white(gm) ones never saw a blue one before i dont have a screenshot of it but some time after this a Renren using a Yellow megaphone with some wierd language (indonesian probably) the problem was this Renren was online while the GM one was offline in steam for that i got a screenshot which i would sent private

Blue mic is frrom old event, and the renren is probably an imposter using gm name.
