Email Reset Needed for DMO

Hello there,

I have recently become a victim of account theft; I know my items/tera are lost, most likely, however, I should be able to recover my account's email.

I have the original email from when I first created my account, when GameKing first gave me the ID via email. Can I not simply show this as proof so I can recover what is mine? I would think that showing the first activation email should be ironclad proof, just in case something ever happens to someone's account.

I have already filled out the form for resetting my account's email to the GameKing support email. I am not sure if the theif will be so kind as to leave my Digimon alone, the issue with that is the providing information about three of my Digimon. They are as I remember them before it was stolen, but, I hope they can see what I had before any damage might've been done.

Once again, I really think that showing the exact email that served as the initial account creation and activation should be proof enough to warrent the email reset. Any thoughts, insight, information, etc... would be most welcome; thank you all in advance, and I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

ok, my account also got hacked by someone...
so yeah, we are victim here...
even i remember digimon name, my friend name, guild name...
its no use at all, i try even contacted gameking support..
but NO RESPOND AT ALL...

If you could change your email,it could get way WORSE! Because they just need your ID. Nothing else. Then,well,you screwed. Nothing else you can do

but, how can i know hacker will hacked my account..??
my old tamers account lvl 92..
that 4 year ago, when im still college student..
currently i have job/working in japan company...
so i dont have much time to play right now...
then how, when my friend told me , to play this game again for chatting and nostalgia.. what i can do?? when suddenly i try to login & i dont have access to my account, then email changed by hacker ... you dont even know how much i put my times, money for this games..
i dont mind if GM re-roll/reset to low lvl tamers.. as long as i get my nicknames back...
