Slot for digimon to evolve to a jogress is not open

Hi DMO communty , yesteday , I completed Examon jogress but when I tryed to evolve on him this msg apeared ... i cant evolve him , any help or fix ?

Have you unlocked both green and blue draco?

Any information you can give us would be very helpful. Like, tamer level, Draco Green and Blue levels etc. Do you have a Jogress chip also? I assume you're using the ones you received from the quests?

Tamer level 65 , blue level 85 , green level 41... i tryed to use these chips from the quest

Your Green isn't high enough level to evo to Exa, that's why.

I believe the problem lies in the fact you're likely trying to Evo your Draco Blue, and you can only Evo to Jogress the lowest level Digimon of the two. Which means until Draco Green catches up to Blue, you can only evolve that one to Examon.
