since the game is shutting down and that means there probaly wont be many other chances to get the badges for the icons and backgrounds as much
well we have an huge chance atm during this steam event to get them!
there allowing us to trade in points for backgrounds and Emoticon per games we own

so now being the best time to loadup on the mobius goodies


there none transferable so theyll be tied to your accounts but its better then paying high amounts for the ones that are in the market, since theyll be becoming harder to find

Even if the game becomes unavailable the market items shouldn't be going anywhere. The point shop already lets you trade in for icons/bgs of long gone games.

let me rephrase things
when games become removed from steam that ups there rarity
which leads to prices to rise and amounts to lower
there still is gems and boosterpacks to get them of course
but that still takes an bit of work to complete an badge since booster packs are random cards
getting them via the market over time would most likely cost an bit of money

were as in the point system atm each 100 is 1$
which is the cost of the icons and the backgrounds are 500 5$
though since points are earned via buying stuff during the sale
there kinda getting the icons and bg as an bonus without having to pay an bit to make the badges

im refering to this as atleast one of the cards atm on there the lowest price being 40-50c i think was, and gems costing probally an wee bit to make an boosterpack.

which leads to the event being the most cost effective method for people to get the bg and icons atm, since various icons and bg or even cards sometimes cost an bit sadly
