Q: When playing the game under win8/10, I get stuck on WASD while the soldier is still moveable. What should I do?
A: This is caused by input method. Just click ALT+ Table to change onto the desktop and click these two keys again to switch back into the game. Problem solved.

A: How do I change main manu language? There is an option but does not work.
Q: You can change language on steam. click STEAM on upper-left corner, then choose settings to change language.

Q: Other Language?
A: Now we have English and Traditional Chinese,other Language will be add in future.

Q: Female Character?
A: Now you can't choose Female Character, we will update this content next version.

Q: How to prevent the input method from jamming?
A: If you chat using input method while loading the battle, you may probably encounter this situation. So please do not chat while loading. But if you switch to chat window after entering the game, it is fine.


Q: Key “tilde”( below ESC and whose symbol is“~”) does not work.
A: This key is used for controlling the soldiers to keep team formation or move freely. It does not work when the input method is in full width. You need to switch back to half width.

Q: What if there is unexpected quit, disconnection, and other problems?
A: Please shut down the client and re-log in.

Q: It prompts unable to enter the game when I log in.
A: Please try any of the following ways to solve this problem:
Solution 1:
Enter Task Manager (press Ctrl+Alt+.to start Task Manager, and enter Process). Check if Kingdom-Win32-Shipping is able to start( which only displays under login mode).
（1）If it does not start, usually Steam will automatically install plugin. However, if it cannot install, you need to update 5 plugins (http://hbq.99.com/download/), namely: DirectX, PhyX, Microsoft visual c++ 2008, Microsoft visual c++ 2010 and Microsoft visual c++ 2012 to log in again.
（2）If it starts successfully, you need to re-log in. If it still does not, you can restart the client and log in again.
Solution 2:
Update the graphics driver and restart the game.

Solution 3: If the above solutions both fail to work, please re-download the client and install.

Q: How do I know if the game has finished downloading and installing from the steam or not?
A: If you doubt about the integrity of the game, please go to steam library and find Tiger Knight: Empire War, click on game properties to check out.

Q: What should I do if the popup reads that “Your video card does not support alpha blending with floating point render targets (D3DFMT_A16B16G16R16F), which is required to run this game. Exiting…”?
A: You need to update your graphics driver and reboot the computer:

Q: The system prompts that “the game server is not started”, thus leading to unable to log in.
A: Please restart the game and allow it to automatically update and log in again.

Q: The game has obvious jam problem, how to solve it?
A: Game jam may be caused by the following reasons:
(1) The configuration cannot meet the needs of game. You can refer to game configuration requirements of steam and lower the picture quality of the video in Tiger Knight’s settings.
(2) Game optimization problems
We have been working on that and we are sorry for bringing you the inconvenience.

Q: It prompts Server Disconnection in the battle.
A: Try the following approaches:
Approach 1: Restart the client and login from disconnection.
Approach 2: Detect whether the client is automatically updated; if not, please perform the manual update (go to Download & Install for more information).
Approach3: Our server may crash. Please pay attention to the notice on our official website and related approaches.

Q: The game exits on its own due to low configuration.
A: Solution 1: If your computer is of low configuration, please lower the picture quality of video in game settings.
Solution 2: Update your graphics driver.

Q：记本运行游戏卡顿怎么办？
A：首先查看是否有开独立显卡运行游戏。

Q：若发现机器性能中等（显卡几年前出的），但是玩起来很卡怎么办？
A：
1：首先检查网络情况是否正常
2：:显卡驱动若为最新，考虑下载早期的显卡驱动（比如一半年前），
（在之前测试过程中，发现N卡gtx560SE 版本，用最新驱动会卡死，用一年半之前驱动则可流畅运行）

Q：如果在登录界面一直闪退怎么办
A：可以点击暂停键，暂停视频播放。

Q：使用win8,win10操作系统，进入游戏发现WASD不能动，小兵可以动怎么办？
A：这是卡输入法问题。可以通过ALT+Table切换出去，再按一次ALT+Table切换回来解决问题。

Q：如何避免卡输入法问题？
A：如果在进入战斗loading过程中，使用其他聊天工具聊天，很可能会导致卡输入法。
所以不要在进入战斗loading过程用其他聊天工具聊天。
例如（QQ），进入游戏后，若切出聊天，则没有影响。

Q：tilde键（ESC下面那个键 ‘ ~ ’ ）不起效的问题？
A：目前该键在游戏中，用于讨伐战的控制兵种保持阵型或者自由移动的选择切换。如果处于全角状态会不起作用，注意切回半角。

兼容性（出现各类问题优先考虑系统是否为win7 64位）*
Q：我不是win764位系统，经常出现人物卡死不动、闪退、异常登录状态，要如何解决
A：若系统非win764位，遇到无法解决的问题，建议使用兼容性运行游戏。
兼容性设置教学：
（1）打开游戏根目录\TigerKnight\Binaries\Win32\kingdom-win32-shipping.exe
（2）找到kingdom-win32-shipping.exe右键点击---属性---兼容性
（3）找到 游戏根目录TigerKnight\frontend\bin\frontend.exe，对frontend.exe采取如上兼容性设置

Q：若出现各类闪退断线等问题如何解决
A：请关闭客户端重新登录

Q：我在登录界面提示无限载入，无法进入游戏怎么办？
A：请按照以下方式进行尝试
方法1：首先可进入“任务管理器”（Ctrl+Alt+. —启动任务管理器 — 进程）查看“Kingdom-Win32-Shipping”文件是否启动（登录状态下才会显示）
（1）若未启动，通常steam平台自动帮助安装插件，如果实在安装不上，可以考虑更新5个插件（http://hbq.99.com/download/）再次登录
（2）若已启动，首先先进行重新登录。重新登录不行可重启客户端再次登录。
方法3：更新显卡驱动，然后再重启游戏

（3）若以上方式皆不行，需要重新下载游戏客户端进行安装

Q:steam平台下载安装，如何确定游戏已完成下载
A：如果怀疑更新不完整，点击游戏属性

A：需要更新显卡驱动，然后重新启动电脑
