How to download the chinese client TK

I'm really tired of the developer's work on European servers. I would like to play a game that is alive on Chinese servers. Is it possible? I do not care what ping I have.
Chinese servers are supported very strongly. They are more elaborate, and examples of this are even new items in that fashions and so long awaited by us women.

A couple things to note, during their prime time the latency seems to increase quite a bit, as well as packet loss can become an issue. This is NOT the devs fault as a traceroute shows a jump from around 146 to 369 ping as soon as it hits CHINANET's infrastructure. At the time of posting I average 384 ping to the TGP TK servers with 5% packet loss but during their prime time I have seen it go up to 700 ping with well over 50% packet loss and have been stuck with a spinning camera with frequent disconnects.
