Free tractor bug or feature?

Just curious. I worked hard and got myself a second tractor, the blue cheap Landini 5-115 H. (~€33k)

Then when playing last night and opening up my vehicle select wheel I noticed a third one was there now. A Zetor Forterra 150HD (~€60k)

Is there a part in the My Farm mode where you get gifted one of these or what? Not complaining. It's a beast.

There are some tractors that are free, if you have the DLCs that goes with it. The first one is free, but you have to pay for the others. Not a bug.

I don't have any DLC though that's what's strange about it. And I definitely didn't buy it as I'm in the "struggling to turn a profit" stage

you'll get a Zetor Forterra for solving the side quest where you got to find the four machines.
a Farmer at the west street asks you to get four machines from certain locations and track them to other locations. when you're ready he gifts you the tractor.
the four machines are at their starting locations again and you can use them, they don't occur in your list but on your map. (if that bug wasn't fixed meanwhile)

well i've still got them, they didn't disappear with v113.

one cannot sell or export them though.

I happen to experience a really fascinating bug:
when you sell the tractor you're sitting in - I'm not sure, maybe it was additionally the last index on the list - the tablet get closed without the index of the vehicle list updated, and when you open "sell vehicle" just again, the list displays the DAF truck you get for the "drive it" side quest, that keeps standing on the back of the vehicle shop and wich you can't enter.
in this rare case, you can sell it, at least the button is active.
I happened to scroll away to the other machines and wasn't able to scroll on the DAF again...

didn't work in v113, so fired up v112 and saves are not backward compatible.

have a couple of v112a saves so fired up that version and still no luck. drat.

it could have been the version that allowed selling of the first free tractor for cash and allowed one to cheat one's way to riches.

Aaaah thanks Kaeru. I didn't see that in the task rewards. Figured it was just the €5k for doing that.

I sold the original pickup truck when the yellow branded one arrived as a free addition. That was in v112 however. Decided one was enough for now.

Don't have the DAF truck but did do the mission where you had to bed the engine in for the client.

Slow progress this game but it's growing on me massively

I'm still playing v111 because of the keyboard layout. got used to acc W/S and steer with arrows.

it was quite a special constellation anyways,
I decided to sell the small Zetor when getting the big Zetor, and re-buyed to solve the manure quest, because the loader on the yard only fit on the smaller trac. then I decided to sell it again and did it sitting in, as written before, the tablet closed on it's own after that, and maybe it was the last thing on the list.
