Is this the full game or do you have to go outside of Steam to install the 18+ patch?

with the patch applied all i get is a black screen with a heading loading tyrano script

Is there some sort of misunderstanding? New Game only gives 2 things for the players to do 1> choose your name 2> passive or assertive at the end but still yields the same ending. AfterStory gives fantasy ending. Is it like those other VNs where you have to finish once and replay or to get more access of the game? How do you reach the other girlfriend ending and forget about Fujiki?...

after install complete and start, only black screen and top 'loading tyranoscript' reinstall and change language also same black screen have any solution?
