C/Steam/userdata/ .... find the folder which contains the save for this game. (two files in it: "saveGame" and "shortcuts")
maybe ;)
then went to steam\userdata\[your user id] and delete the folder 533780
maybe u get ur answer earlyer if u ask the steam support directly ;)
but u dont need to delete it because if it is disabled it doesnt affect ur local saves anymore
btw i havent register and i dont login ingame and i also dont use the steam cloud. u can skip the register/login screen without any consequences for the game...
maybe this will help u
-first disable steam cloud function for this game
-delete (or move) the folder 533780 at steam\userdata\[your user ID] (its a large number, should be the only folder there except u or someone else use the steam client with another account)
-dont login ingame. instead click on skip (upper left corner ;) )
this should work...
Secondly: Steaqm Cloud IS disabled.
Third: I do not log in, except when I had cloud save enabled, as to save the game data there since I delete all cookies and data when browsers close.
Forth: I do NOT play with a zombie def account, just through steam, nowhere else.
Lastly, HOW come I deleted the folder 533780, but it had NO offect on the game, maybe I need to del ALL of the folders with numbers as their names?
normaly every folder in steam\userdata\ is a account folder named by the userdata id which contains saves for the games.
this folders are sortet by app id. every game has its own app id and zombie defence have the id 533780. so if u delete another folder u delete saves and stats of another game. u should NOT do that ;) only delete folders named 533780 (or better move (not copy) them to another location on ur hard drive)
are there other people using ur pc with own steam accounts?
i have only one folder who contains the app save folders
i think ur userdata id (steam3 id) is 31369238 so delete the 533780 folder only in this folder
so goto steam\userdata\31369238\ and there and only there delete the 533780 folder and it should work ;)
2) I have deleted that file, but it still shows the same info when I start the app.
3) I also deleted that folder, and it STILL is not working =( I had gone as far as deleting game info, and re dl'ing it and doing a clean insdtall. But to no avail again. =-( This is not kewl. =( *sigh*
maybe the devs and/or steam support can help u with this
