Is this going to be an Infocom branded game?

Bob owns the classic Infocom trademark, after all, so it'd not be a stretch to say it'd be something for use with Thaumistry and potential future games...

I Applied for the inforcom trademark, but was blocked by another company. And the Legend name is owned by Atari. So I decided to just put this game out under my own name. --Bob

Is there a legal way to buy all (or all text-only) Infocom games?
If so, I guess the veterans won't profit anymore?

Don't see the old Infocom titles on the site now, just a couple of platformers. Hopefully they made them. I'm not unhappy to see someone use the trademark for selling games, but not if they're just stealing from other people.
