Enemy models and animations look horrible, and the protagonist animations are far too jerky. Overall extremely cartoonish look evoking console/mobile gaming. Definitely not current-gen PC visuals. Which basically kills the only possible redeeming point for this game - visuals and action.

Telekinesis can also be used to pick up weapons from the dead, from knives to sniper rifles. A goal of Phyre’s combat design was to be fast and fluid, so we incorporated the use of Telekinesis with weapon use to maintain speed and flow – you can kill one opponent, dump their gun’s magazine into a second, and toss it at a third to open them up for your next attack.

Oh, and this is a complete joke - firearms can't be taken, carried, reloaded, and fired normally, but they can be "fired telekinetically" as a single-use gimmick. Now we can see it looks as stupid as it sounds. RIP to all VTMB gun builds.

You can't be serious. But you most likely aren't serious, and merely fake enthusiasm in an attempt to dilute the wave of negative threads. Well, it's unlikely to work, "bro".

No need to be such a donkey about it - I disagree. I think using some of those powers on someone, kicking someone else across the room, tk clutching someone to break their neck, then unloading a weapon on someone else through tk seems pretty awesome. While being able to jump over a wall and glide far. Seems fine to me..

I don't think anything in this game looks impressive from what I have seen.
When the hands go back and forth right in your face, wow that is really something.
Although this isn't anything I personally find positive I don't know why OP's being jestered...

Elixirs and over the top silly action? Is this a V5 thing I'm too stuck in V20 to understand? Why is a vampire using health potions instead of using the powers of the blood? Like, at the bare minimum just have them be blood packs.
^ Thanks, and yeah, potions may be a bit odd, but it's thinblood alchemy, right? So we're using some of the weird ♥♥♥♥ the thinbloods are brewing behind dumpsters. We'll probably get fairly into the thinblood-verse in this, actually.

It absolutely is a jester farm, kwagus is raking them in it seems.
ai looks non-existent. and combat is a bit meh... mix of halflife2 and dishonored..(those games are 10-20 years old)

only hope is for world building and clan customization
This whole combat blog is a joke, again. No builds for ranged, only melee and magic, and on top of that, those 'in-game' killvideos- that a Masqurade violation per se. A wizard kung-fu bloodsuker running amok. Oh dear.

And here's the inevitable personal insults. These people can't do it any other way.

It doesn't look anything like half-life or dishonored.

Half-Life 1 and 2 had good gunplay for their time, a variety of firearms and good firing/reloading animations. This game has NO gunplay at all, you can't pick up, reload, or properly fire guns, they're only a single-use gimmick that your character "fires telekinetically" like in a cheap VR game, because the developers "forgot" about firearms and added them at the last moment without actual shooting animations or inventory.

And of course it's completely ridiculous from the Masquerade perspective: the "vampire elder" can't even use a gun without employing a supernatural power that instantly breaks Masquerade. Fine design decision for a game that has "Masquerade" literally in its title. But it's no biggie, because there is no actual Masquerade mechanic in the game (lol).

Dishonored had set-piece levels with carefully placed enemies, a variety of weapons, and great animations. This game, on the contrary, feels completely chaotic, with a bunch of enemies just "hanging there" until the protagonist approaches, when they all just rush him like a mob. No tactics, no strategy, no elegance - just ridiculous fisticuffs filling your screen with frantic jerks.
