Well, mechanically wise Brujah is too straightforvard and boring as hell. But there is still a chance for some good roleplay given the state of things around.
1)Brujah (used to be Camarilla)
2)Lasombra (used to be Sabbath)
3)Tremere (classic)
4)Malkavian (in a game about an elder with a voice in the head theres no way it doesn't include Malkavian to spice up this experience in different ways)
The blood magic nuke in the same video hints Tremere btw.
So what might be the last clan? I guess Toreador (always them in games).
My bet on DLC: Ventrue (or Lasombra if Ventrue comes with the regular game) and Assamites (stealth would fit this melee shooter, is easy to implement and recycles blood sorcery from Tremere).
Disciplines we won't see on our character: Animalism and Protean
They might add both clans if they invest in this discipline.
Raw discipline powers are somewhat lackluster, like learning things from blood or turning your blood into poison or corrosive substance.
Basically the same thing as with Oblivion. So Lasombra also suffer from similar problem.
Yeah, people tend to do Ventrue "wrong". They are supposed to be all about organizational power, resources and connections, else it's just a diet version of some other clans. It's hard to do their strengths well, especially if you are trying to make a game for multiple possible PC clans. Now, if they did a standalone about Ventrue, that has potential to be very different. Doubt that's going to happen, though. There are other choices for a standalone.
Brujah (Presence, Celerity, Potence), Banu Haqim(Blood Sorcery, Celerity, Obfuscate), Hecata (Auspex, Fortitude, Oblivion), Lasombra (Dominate, Oblivion, Potence)
This is perfect as all have at least one physical discipline plus interesting powers.
