1. Bloodlines is the only great game among them, and is completely unrelated to the other games.
2. Mid-games:
VtM redemption is really old and hasn't aged well at all (unlike bloodlines, which is still vastly superior to many modern games on many levels. not all though). but is supposedly a fun diablo-esque game. I would wait for an inevitable remake in 10 years.
VtM swansong - I haven't played it. watch some reviews and decide if it's worth your time
VtM tencent - some people like battle royals. you can play it on the side to something else. It's not a playthrough thing.
3. there's a bunch of visual novels. don't force yourself to play them if you don't like VNs.
I tried 2 of them. liked heart of the forest, and disliked shadow of new york.
Both pale in comparison to a really good VN like "the life and suffering of sir brante" (completely unrelated).
there's consensus that the first choice of games one is very good, but I got bored from its presentation.
what else?
or the werewolf earthblood game is the worst game I played in more than a decade.
