Been watching all the OTHER "Bloodlines" games coming out and I am thinking that this has been scrapped

More this is the only one Paradox actually cares about since any others they've licensed out they can blame a third party if it fails.

TBC generally means To Be Continued. Alternatively they never realized somebody hit C instead of D.
This game has been on my wishlist for 18 months now, I have low expectation at this point.

TBC = To Be Confirmed or to be Continued as far as i know

Lets be honest here, Bloodlines 2 is dead, and Steam knows it, but because Paradox won't let it go and refund the money, Steam has to keep up the page pretty much. But they don't want to put a TBA on the page, because they have no clue, and neither does Paradox, whether it'll continue development or not.

So they made a TBC, which can be anything, or nothing, but really is just a placeholder while Paradox gets it's head out of it's ass.

You literally made up all of this in your imagination.

This game is a prime example of why you should never pre-order, at this point you're either getting a vastly different game than the one originally promised or else money you could have spent elsewhere has been sat in limbo, possibly never to return.
