Is it worth a play through or three? I'd say yes.
Is it relevant to this? Only if you don't want your first impression of Damsel to be this game or want something to compare it to.
Redemption (witch is far my favorite of them all) , Bloodline (1) and ofc this one!
I recommend you should play the frist one tbh because your not going to find any game like it. The graphics arn't terrible compare to most old games and its aged really well. Your not going to suffer you sound like your putting yourself through something terrible lol. Got to also remember ass well the game was realse in the early 2000 so cut it some slack
