I guess they didn't want to have copyright issues, it's supposed to be another world not VtM. But there are many references to bloodlines1.

Visual novels are not my thing but I have friends who love VtM and VN, good for them.

According to the people on the steam forums, this game is NOT centered on romance. And the players who managed to reach the NSFW scenes feel disgusted with their actions, because of how their character behaves towards the supposed "love" interest.

But it is the steam forums and most of what people spout is lies anyway.

Game is interesting to watch, but it is clearly by girls for girls. Well, at least in my opinion. Characters seem to be well written, minus... your lines. NPC have their characters and stick to them, but the MC lines are not always interesting or consistent or simply doesn't matter.
