Nowadays you can't have a male character, just one that 'identifies as male' (and the same for females).
They're just avoiding the SJW's crying about being classified as a specific gender, so instead of being specific they're just calling it 'body type'.

You know, I was thinking about it, the first Bloodlines had a ton of jokes about Republicans and the Bush administration.
I think you even namedrop Bush at one point during one of VV's quests.
I'm kinda fine with politics being in there, just as long as virtually every faction in the game are horrible people regardless of what side they're on, like the first game.
