Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2

Anyone watch VTM LA by Night?
I LOVE it! I initially found and watched season 1 on youtube. Then while eagerly waiting for season 2 to finish and appear on youtube I discovered I could watch on twitch via my Amazon Prime account. I've now just started season three. So am a few eps behind.

My favorite coterie member is Jasper and my favorite NPC is Ramona...I love her personality AND the Rat Pack :D

Is anyone who has played the pen and paper game (especially 5th as that is the edition the show uses) able to 'plan' out character sheets for the coterie members and Ramona? I've been trying to read 5th edition rules and work out what abilities and stats they have based on what has been seen in the show.

I was also playing around on customink.com and trying to design a t-shirt for the show...I wonder if I'll be allowed to pay and order it or if the site won't allow it due to copyright. Would white wolf or geek and sundry allow for that? Not trying to sell them just make one for myself...and it'd be free advertising for the show :D
I guess I could link the design if anyone wanted to see.

Eh, I think it makes sense for her to act that way though. The other vampires have had several years to acclimate to their new lives. Annabelle, however, is a fledgling, and is having to deal with severing her old life from her new one, all during the course of the story (as opposed to the other characters, who have mostly gotten used to their new existences).

Do you really think so? I mean there is a difference being a new kid on the block and complete emotional instability.

Point 1 - She's been a vampire for less than half a year.

Point 2 - She's a Brujah.
Point 1 - So she will change, cause if not I'll hold you responsible.:P
Point 2 - Brujah are about crying now?
Also episode 3 is available: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWe7V81A3js

Pretty much, yeah. V5 has introduced a mechanic called Compulsions, which reflect the nature of the clan's inner Beast. When it comes to Brujah, their Compulsion is to rage against the status quo. Their Beast demands that they tear everything down, making it impossible for them to build anything of lasting importance. Even if the Brujah did manage to successfully create the perfect utopian society, they would eventually grow dissatisfied with it, and try to shake things up.

In other words, V5 reemphasized the Brujah stereotype as being a bunch of self defeating, anti-establishment punks.
I am about to cry myself... Anyway it's a really good show, Jason Carl is superb Storyteller.

Thanks, very informative.

The Ministry (setites) - A fanatical drive to transgress against what they feel are spiritual taboos. When they fall under the sway of the Beast, the compulsion lasts until they either violate a Tenet or personal Convictions, or they successfully convince somebody else to do so.

Once again I think that only setites are adequate enough to pick my curiosity, from playing exclusively clerics perhaps? It's a shame that they are not in the game.

Has anyone ever woryout character sheets for any of the coterie or npc characters?

Not owning V5, I can't be sure my information is entirely accurate, but I believe the Setites are trying to distance themselves from their reputation of being a bunch of evil snake cultists. The changing of their name to The Ministry was their attempt at rebranding themselves in the eyes of kindred society.

Now, the Followers of Set have changed their theological philosophy. Instead of outwardly worshiping Set as a separate entity, they've taken a more pantheistic approach to their relationship. They believe that a piece of Set's divinity resides within each of them, and so they seek to emulate their god, rather than outright serve him.

They've gone from a doomsday cult that seeks to resurrect the God of Chaos, to a clan that now seeks to liberate itself from oppression by what they describe as "false gods."
Still that's an interesting concept to roleplay. Also from what I gather they are quite attractive and stylish in a fashionable way.

I fell waaay behind in this...only just starting on the second episode of season three.

I am curious if anyone who plays the game, especially V5 (since that's the one the show uses) has worked out possible character sheets for any of the characters on the show?
Livyenne Aug 23, 2019 @ 10:23am
The fans of LAbN try to gather as many things about the characters as possible but as far as I know nobody really knows whats on their character sheets, just a few disciplines, assumptions about the blood potency etc. based on what they did or said at the show and in interviews.

I know nothing know for certain just curious if anyone has made any based in what IS known/surmised.
