The current routes are visible on the map.
The only thing you have to do now is to let the prior mentioned amount of pigeons fly to the associated location.
Think of it as the hands of a watch that you turn to point at a different number.
Let's say that you want to go to A, which is on the very bottom left: The red pigeon flies in a straight line, so if you were to put it in the bottom right spot (which is 0°), it would fly to the very right in a straight line but if you put it in the upper left spot (180°), it flies to the left. It's a bit harder for the other 3 pigeons because their flight patterns are curved but luckily the map changes if you change the position of a pigeon, so you can go back to check if they can reach the destination.
