If you're new to Rusty Lake and would like to experience more free hours in the Rusty Lake universe, you can check out our free Cube Escape series at http://www.rustylake.com/tag/rusty-lake-series/ or

Rusty Lake: Roots, Rusty Lake Hotel and our latest Steam game Rusty Lake Paradise are a bit of a spin off since they are premium games. But all three games have a lot of connections with the free Cube Escape series. We think this (older) article on Gamezebo[www.gamezebo.com] presents our story very well. The Cube Escape games will remain free on our websites and we hope to work on a Steam page with all of them later this year! Hi there, I just got Rusty Lake: Roots. I've not played any other game (the Cube Escape series or any other Rusty Lake game) in the series listed above. I'd like to know if it's ok to just jump straight in and play Rusty Lake: Roots without having played any other game in that series. Is it a must to have played the other games first?

i love this whole series! and while roots is my absolute fav of all, i enjoyed the cube escapes too - i played them a while ago ^^. now, any chance those make it to steam, maybe with achis or cards or sth? wouldn't mind having another go at them ^^

Is Cube Escape: Paradox is during second part of The Mill in order (and right after Case 23)? At least first episode of it.

I heard that Samsara Room was the first game created and part of the Rusty Lake/Cube universe. I can't find the game in Steam or Google Play. Is there a way to access this game?

Samsara Room was Rusty Lake's first game, but is considered a precursor to the series and isn't part of the canon. However, it's still a fun experience, and it's cool to see Rusty Lake's true Roots! You can play it for free in your browser at Rusty Lake's official website:

The site isn't secured meaning unwanted stuff attach itself in code of the website and people have a high chance of getting invaded by nasty threats the longer they're on the site. Has this been fix or it has been like this? Is the owner aware of this?

The posts prior to yours are all from when Flash was still supported by Adobe and at least some browsers and OSes. People playing Flash games on the web nowadays are either warned by their browsers about it or have very old systems (hopefully sandboxed) and just don't care security in general. Many Flash gaming sites still exist as they always did.
