Report a translation problem
At the end of your turn you have to discard down to nine cards that's true.
But at anytime before or after you can have up to 12 cards in hand, which also means, if you are at 9 cards you will not overdraw the card you draw at the start of your turn, like in HS, which gives you a lot more control over what you discard.
However if you are at 12 cards in hand any cards drawn will go straight to the void.
