if they buy me a pizza they're generous
You get at least a silver chest on your third win in ranked or casual. This often gets upgraded to Gold or Diamond, which is very generous. I've never seen such an amazing system on any card game in my life.
Sorry, forget I mentioned Casual, but either way, it's not hard to win in ranked. I was using a budget stonescar deck for the longest time and winning consistently.
but u ain't very old r u
me, my wrinkles have wrinkles >.>
very ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) much lol such pizza
I turned 37 last month. I've played every single CCG in existence, except for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, because I'm not really into Anime. If you can name another CCG that has a better F2P system then Eternal, I'd love to hear it.
Magic Duels was very generous, because you can't get there useless duplicates. Basically you need to buy constant number of packs to have entire collection. Many players collected entire collection of cards. However now there are more sets, which means there are much more cards to collect.
wut ? its a nightmare
you get one pack a day which contains... nothing
the chance for a legendary is 1% per pack
you need to grind for months to be able to make deck without paying
i basically dusted my whole collection in order to make a single deck
then i wanted to make another deck and noticed itll never going to happen
and yeah, no pve farming like gauntlet
hf being farmed by golden decks all day on ranked
tbh i didnt have much fun after awhile, but part of it was having to play the same single deck i owned again and again
i really wouldnt call it a exemplar of f2p
yeah sure, when i played there was only one playable deck
skellige
basically like jade druid in hs
one deck to rule them all
as much as eternal fail on many fronts
you see alot more then 1 single deck every match
that is somethign the other CG makes couldnt achieve
but ofc the junk only packs in eternal is something that could be reworked
i agree 100% on that
Destroying cards here is pointless - you are getting cards in insane speed and those are quite often buffed/nerfed/reworked. Each season is totally different than previous one.
I don't know what Skellige deck are you talking about, but they are seriously weak against cards with ability to manipulate graveyard - for example you can consume their cards, steal them, move to your graveyard or shuffle to their deck. Nilfgaard could completly destroy their win condition with only 2 cards. I guess you were playing Northern Realms, they seemed to have problems with Skellige.
how so ?
i remember the reddit post stated its
1%
1 every 100 kegs for a single gold and
5%
1 every 20 kegs for a single silver
the minimum of 6 rounds is 1 keg and a few scraps a day
i have no idea how you can make a specific deck with that from just 2 weeks(14 kegs)
all i remember is the golds were INSANELY pricy
just reading up as i dont remember
a gold costs 800 to craft
while a silver gives 50 and the other 10 and 5 respectively
so a keg is usually 30 dust
=27 kegs for a single gold
since you need 4 gold and 6 silver its
150 kegs for a single deck
id say thats impossible in 2 weeks
there were more then one ? xD
hard to belive you missed that if you actually played, the ladder was completely full of them
it was stacking savage bears then spaming axeman and those queensguards
i didnt play that long, was maybe 1-2 weeks
so i have no idea how much they change stuff and hows the situation now
im happy the game exists and so many love it,
but i wouldnt call it f2p :/
for me it lacked actual fights to keep me interested
as someone once said, every game is like taking a math test xD
